SLADE HOUSE by David Mitchell ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow, I read this in like a day. I felt like I was in this world from the beginning. And Mitchell’s ability to authentically sound like the inner voice of such different characters is incredible. I remember that skill from Cloud Atlas, and it is given a nice dose of creepiness in this one.
